Indeed, no one can single-handily live a successful life either socially or professionally. We need each other for us to achieve our personal, professional, and academic goals. In real-life situations, most of the world’s entities are made up of different people with different capabilities of undertaking various duties and responsibilities. For instance, military personnel are grouped in battalions, brigade, or other fighting units (Hede, 2010). In the academic and professional arena, the situation is the same. To succeed, he or she has to be a good team player who is ready to partner and learn from others.
My academic journey has not been a walk in the park. However, I have remained intense and moving through the assistance and help from various academic and professional partners. My educational journey at Walden University as I pursue my MSN program and later on as a practicing nurse would have been challenging. However, I decided to identify two academic and two professional individuals to be close to me to help me achieve my goals.

Taking the MSN program is a very involving process that requires a lot of dedication and commitment. To facilitate a smooth learning process at Walden University, I identified two significant academic individuals who would partner with me in my epic educational journey. xxx-RN-BSN and xxxxxx MSN-RN would be my able academic partners through my MSN program at Walden. One of the core elements prioritized at Walden is the spirit of corroboration and teamwork (College of Nursing, n.d.). Both of them are highly experienced healthcare providers in different fields, with xxxx been a charge nurse/educator and xxxx been a Clinical Supervisor. Both of them will be my close mentors to guide me through the nursing profession. The nursing profession is classified as one of the occupations requiring healthcare providers to be unselfish and ready to sacrifice both time and resources (Wijdicks, 2020). They will also be a source of guidance on psychological factors such as balancing work and life (Khaira, 2018). Being experienced professionals, they have already gone through many personal and professional setbacks, which have molded them to be stronger. Through this experience, the team will offer me emotional support during times of hardship and crisis.
