She was trying to be friendly, but Leon thinks she is trying to get him in trouble with the boss by making a scene, so the boss will know he is late. Morgan, who believes she is a good friend of Leon, greets him. He ignores Morgan and goes to his work station. He is thinking of how disloyal Morgan has been (A2).
