Week 1: New practice approaches

Through reviewing the material, I comprehended that investment in nursing can present economic, social and clinical returns. Still, the returns can only be achieved if nurses are involved at the leadership level, other only some of these returns would be achieved (Shamian & Ellen, 2016). To reverse the reality of health disparities, nurses must be part of developing a solution since they are privileged to interact with their patients and community in an intimate way.
