Now that you have identified your capstone change project, it is time to look at its feasibility.

What tangible and intangible resources will be needed to implement your project?
What improved outcomes do you anticipate will occur that could indicate the project produced a successful return on investment (ROI) of these resources?
How will you communicate your plan for change with key decision makers so that they will support the allocation of the resources you are seeking? Feasibility of Your Design Proposal and Importance of Communication.

Design Proposal Feasibility and Communication

Question 1: What tangible and intangible resources will be needed to implement your project?

The research will require both tangible and intangible resources during the implementation stage. The tangible resources include all visible inputs that can be directly measured to include funding and personnel. For instance, funding is necessary to pay for the software that would be used in data analysis Feasibility of Your Design Proposal and Importance of Communication. The intangible resources include incorporeal project contents that include the raw medical data showing how each variable performed in the project (Pasian, 2015). Including the two resource types will allow the project to proceed.

Question 2: What improved outcomes do you anticipate will occur that could indicate the project produced a successful return on investment (ROI) of these resources?

A successful ROI for the resources will be achieved if data on the research variables can be accurately collected and in the right quantities. This is important because it will allow for the link between variable to be determined, particularly in showing whether including antibiotic prophylaxis reduces the risk of infection. In essence, a successful ROI must have all the project steps followed as documented in the methodology section. This would allow for the results to be trusted, since they can be verified. If any single step is left out or not followed as indicated, then the conclusion will be erroneous thereby resulting in an unsuccessful ROI of the resources (Kloppenborg, 2015) Feasibility of Your Design Proposal and Importance of Communication.

Question 3: How will you communicate your plan for change with key decision makers so that they will support the allocation of the resources you are seeking?

The results will be communicated through two strategies to support the allocation of resources. Firstly, tangible data from reliable resources will be collected and presented to key decision makers as part of the project proposal to inform them of the project merits thereby garnering their support since the project would be a logical step Feasibility of Your Design Proposal and Importance of Communication. Secondly, information to support the project will be published in independent peer-reviewed publications where they will be scrutinized. The successful publication will be an indication that the information supporting the project has be verified to show that allocating resources towards the project is justified (Kloppenborg, 2015).
